There is something about strawberries and rhubarb together. The flavors of the two combine so uniquely well that it borders the line of addictive:)
The first time I even tasted rhubarb was about 3 years ago, and that was in a Strawberry-Rhubarb crumb recipe. That is when I became hooked.
Since then, I have made this recipe only about 20 times, always in the summer during strawberry season. And I never tried rhubarb in any other way......yet:)
This dessert is so simple, easy, good and full of summer flavors!
