PMS Relief Essential Oil Magic Blend

Hello Lovely Girlfriends,

What to do when you find yourself cranky and bloated and feeling just plain BLAH that time of the month?

Since I transitioned to a healthier lifestyle, I have been experimenting with natural ways to support my body and mind through sickness, fatigue, digestive issues, sleep, stress and emotional problems, and pretty much anything that life brings my way.

Looking for natural solutions as a first step has become a habit turned into a lifestyle.

When I started learning more about essential oils, I realized they can be used for much more then just "smelling good":) I have learned that they are powerful in supporting our health naturally in so many ways.

Enter PMS....I have been using ClaryCalm essential oil blend from doTERRA and have found it amazing! But today, as I reached for it in my cabinet, I realized I ran out!!!

What does one do if they run out of ClaryCalm and you need relief from PMS symptoms???? The bloating, crankiness, and all.....THINK, THINK, THINK....hard to do during PMS, I know.

Well, you make your own blend with essential oils you do have on hand!

So I looked on the ClaryCalm bottle for the ingredients: Clary Sage Flower, Lavender Flower, Bergamot Peel, Roman Chamomile Flower, Cedarwood Wood, Ylang Ylang Flower, Geranium Plant, Fennel Seed, Carrot Seed, Palmarosa Herb, and Vitex Leaf/Berry essential oils.

At home, I had: Clary Sage, Lavender, Cedarwood, Ylang Ylang, Geranium and Palmarosa. So I made my blend using what I had on hand.
